Restricted Regions

We do not ship to individuals or entities located in countries or regions under comprehensive sanctions by the U.S. government, nor do we provide services to them. These countries and regions include, but are not limited to: Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Venezuela, Myanmar, Haiti, Somalia, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Liberia, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions within Ukraine.

Orders with shipping addresses located in any of the above restricted regions will be automatically canceled and refunded.   3. Remote areas or islands within the supported list may experience extended transit times by 2–5 business days, depending on local logistics partners.
 

 

Item Availability & Shipment Schedule

 
  • In-stock items: Will be shipped within 7 business days after order confirmation.
  • Backordered & pre-ordered items: Shipment lead times vary based on restock progress. Once the item is restocked, it will be dispatched within 7 business days.
  • If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we will hold the full order for combined shipment unless you request split delivery (additional fees may apply).
 

 

Expedited Shipping Note

 
Need your order sooner? Simply select the expedited Air Freight option during checkout. Orders over $79.00 USD automatically qualify for free expedited air freight, so no additional selection is required to receive the faster transit time.
 

 

Additional Shipping Terms

 
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
  • If a package is returned to sender due to incorrect address, failed delivery, or customs refusal, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
  • Tracking information will be sent to your registered email once the order is dispatched. You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
